DÉBORA TOLEDO
International Director
Grupo Lacer

I serve as International Director and Partner at Grupo Lacer, a decentralized financial holding operating under a private equity model. Our core mission is to finance Brazil’s agribusiness sector through structured credit solutions backed by real assets — primarily productive farmland. With over 24,000 active clients, 5000 agriculture producers, 32 franchised agencies across Brazil, a network of regulated financial institutions, and ongoing expansion into Europe, I lead the firm’s international strategy, connecting global capital to the real economy with security, impact, and scalability.
Prior to joining Grupo Lacer, I built my career in wealth management and investment banking, advising high-net-worth entrepreneurs in agribusiness and infrastructure. As a former associate at a Brazilian Multi-Family Office and a partner at a capital markets advisory firm, I specialized in cross-border financial strategies and private credit structuring. Today, many of those clients have become strategic co-investors in our new venture, aligned with a shared vision: to build long-term financial infrastructure for Brazil’s productive agricultural economy.
